Election to Council 2026


Members of the Institute are standing for election to the epi Council. Council members formally represent and champion the interests of their constituents, while also bringing their own passions and expertise to the forefront. They help shape the Institute’s work and services, elect the Board of epi, and are also eligible to serve on the Board. They lead epi task forces that address matters relevant to the Profession and their constituency. task forces that address issues relevant to the Profession and your own constituency. The responsibilities of a Council member are described in the By-Laws, and include attending the Council meetings, one in Spring and one in Autumn. The nomination phase was completed on 10 December 2025 and the list of candidates is available on the epi website (after login)

At the beginning of 2026, the Council of the Institute is due to be elected for its new term. The election shall be by remote e-voting. By 15 January 2026 at the latest, letters to the epi members shall be sent by post, providing a web address for a secure website, and a personal password from our independent voting service provider (please allow a few days for delivery).

The deadline for remote e-voting or for receiving the completed ballot paper together with the completed and signed declaration form at the Secretariat of the Institute is 16 March 2026 at the latest.

The results of the election will be published on the epi website and subsequently in epi Information 1/2026.
